Job Description : Company : Metadome Experience : 4 yearsEducation : MBA (HR) WorkLocation : GurgaonWorking Days : 5 Days workingTop skills & proficiencies· Candidate should possess good written and verbal communication skills.· 4+ years of experience in IT / Technical recruitments from mid to senior level positions.· Worked on skills sets like PHP, Dot Net, Full stack, IPhone, Android, Graphic designer,UI/UX designer Animation, AutoCAD.· Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have.· Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.· Ability to negotiate salary effectively with mid to senior level candidates.· Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.· Quick thinker and problem-solving skills.· Team player.· Diligent.· Good time-management skills.Roles and Responsibilities:· Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.· Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job portals, social platforms and professional sites.)· Interview candidates through video call(WFH) and F2F(WFO).· Update candidate details and schedule interview through clients.· Make timely submissions of resumes and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.· Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.· Answering client email on regular basis.· Able to handle client escalation via email / calls.· Counsel candidates regarding salary, company benefits, and work environment.· Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork to be completed promptly and accurately.· Build relationships with past and potential candidates.· Maintain daily and monthly reports related to line ups, joining and joined candidates.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftFixed shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
