As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals to be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams. You will be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s current and future needs. The ideal candidate encourages an environment that promotes customer service, excellence, innovation, collaboration and teamwork.Major Duties and Responsibilities : As the Tech Lead, guide the team’s development efforts towards successful product delivery and support. Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction. Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews and implementation of best practices, adhering to the firm’s SDLC and release processes. Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road map. Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems. Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.Minimum Qualifications: – Tech Lead with 7+ years of experience as a leader in designing and implementing complex systems, including developing solutions from scratch. Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.Masters degree is preferred. Experience using ReactJs with .Net Core C# & MS SQL. Implementing solutions by Rest API / Open API services. Strong knowledge of JavaScript /JQuery, HMTL, CSS skills Strong understanding and experience leading teams using Agile and Scrum principles. Work experience in Agile development teams, PM tools like Jira Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience applying change management best practices to strategies, projects and programs. Best practice knowledge of security, performance and accessibility. Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes. Preferred Knowledge knowledge of any of the following is good to have, which are Accountancy ERP/ Inventory Management Software, eCommerce.Job Location: -157, 5th floor, tower-A, Corenthum, Noida, Sector-62,Work Timings: 09:30 to 18:30 (Mon-Fri)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)Information Technology Managers: 7 years (Preferred)
