Job Description : Job descriptionThe Java Technical Support Engineer job will be responsible for designing and developing java plugins to support business requirements. Also responsible for many duties throughout the development lifecycle of applications, starting from conceptual and design part right through to testing phase. Here are some other responsibilities they may have: Design, Develop, and test, implement and maintain application software.Required skillsOutstanding troubleshooting skills; ability to think critically and display an aptitude for problem-solving.Experience solving problem software code and reporting progress; preference for experience with a commercial customer incident tracking or CRM.Experience using a software defect tracking system such as JIRA preferredAdvanced exposure to broad technical skills such as Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, or similar), relational databases (data modelling/SQL), web UI (design and development), XML, and application architecture.Knowledge of front-end web technologies (JavaScript and Angular JS) or similar.Skills to read and interpret application server thread dumps, Oracle DB reports, and other log files.Key skillsJavaC++MySQLHTTPXMLTroubleshootingJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Technical support: 3 years (Preferred)
