We are hiring an experienced DevOps tech leads to help us build a world class hyper scale and hyper performance Customer Data Platform, Retail Marketing & Merchandising Solution, and Real-time Personalization Platform. We are inviting driven, ambitious individuals to help us analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them . Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiative
Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives, working within a cross geography team working on cutting edge big data , AI , ML and modern cloud based technologies.
Responsibilities for DevOps Engineer:
Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
Assist other departments in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
Maintaining the availability of the applications
Good troubleshooting skills- System and Web Applications
Work in cross geography environments
Maintaining 15 DC’s across the Globe
Qualifications for DevOps Engineer:
Bachelor/Masters in Engineering or Equivalent.
Experience with microservice technologies like Docker, Mesos, Marathon, Kubernetes
Experience with Hypervisor technologies like- Nutanix, VMWare, OpenStack( preferred)
Experience with Data storage technologies like ZooKeeper, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Riak, MongoDB, Solr
Experience with streaming engines preferred Kafka
Experience with any of the Public cloud AWS or Azure
Experience with Big data technologies like Hadoop , HBase, PIG, Spark
Experience with Python and automation tools
Experience with HAProxy and equivalent web servers
Experience on monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix and Prometheus
Strong knowledge on Linux OS, DNS, DHCP server, PXE boot
Ticketing tool- Jira
