Requiements:

Should have proven working experience on Java Application Support (L2/L3)
Should have proven working experience on Unix/Linux platform along with shell scripting knowledge.
Familiarity with web API technologies SOAP and REST
Familiarity with application containers – Tomcat, Apache (Installation, Configuration, Deployment)
Familiarity with monitoring tools – Splunk/Dynatrace/Cloudwatch
Desired Knowledge on Content Management System – AEM/Strapi
L2 Support-24*7

We are looking for skillful Production Support Engineer with good technical background
Should be good in analytical Skill and troubleshooting the issues.
Should have ability to understand the E2E application architecture to perform new tasks.
Should be responsible for SLA adherence for all the deliverables.
Should have outstanding communication skill both oral and written.
Should be ready to work in challenging environment.
Should have high multitasking and Time management abilities.
Should be a good team player.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts (UK Shifts)
Shell Scripting, Unix/Linux commands, Installation, Java , Apache Server maintenance, Weblogic server maintenance, PL/Sql

Tools – Splunk , browser developer tools
