Open Positions : Lead Solution/Service Architect – Finance

Location : Maersk Technology Centre, Bangalore
Experience : 12-15 years

Key responsibilities
Working closely with Enterprise Architecture in defining right standards, process and approaches
Working closely with business teams and Finance Product Owners in understanding the business problems/needs

Working closely with delivery owners in understanding/evaluating that the right solution with right standards is delivered
Actively contribute to wider Finance community of best practice across the Maersk group.

Responsible for

Definition and communication of Finance solution architecture standards
Having the ability to think out-of-the-box & provide innovative technology solutions to business issues
Understanding and translating the high-level business and non-functional requirements into detailed technical solutions.
Maintain knowledge of the technology innovations in the industry as well as within the broader Maersk group to use and improvise on the Finance technical solutions
We are looking for
Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar
Exposure in setting up architecture principles – cost optimization, compute efficiency and standardization
Hands on experience in Web-Application and API developments with exposure to Data engineering and Master Data Management
Provide strategic guidance with respect to Finance data mining practices
Responsible for ensuring high-quality design of dimensional models and data mapping
Resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle
Provide detailed documentation, end user training and knowledge-transfer services
Establish information management business and functional requirements
Translating requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metricsDrives the project toward exceeding expectations on the timely completion of project milestonesMust have a methodology for keeping up in this ever-changing space of information managementPractical leadership in data integration tools (Talend, Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS, or other AI/ML based mastering technologies).Experience and leadership in master data management & associated tools (Profisee, IBM, Informatica, Talend, TAMR, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)A deep understanding of data lifecycle (data profiling, data quality, master data management, data warehouses/marts/staging/ODS)Data integration across the cloud services
