Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Key Responsibilities : Good Knowledge on Unix Files permission File systems management, Account Management, Performance Monitoring, Backup by Linux native tools and Logical Volume Management Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring/analysis, and health check Good Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting on Linux Good knowledge in OS Hardening, performance tuning Good knowledge of OS Patching Migration Satellite Good knowledge on Virtualization
Technical Experience : Good knowledge on High availability Experience on incident, change and problem management process Knowledge on shell scripting Good Knowledge on CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu Suse Good Knowledge on CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu Suse Redhat certification
Professional Attributes : Azure Certification Team leading Skills ITIL Certification Knowledge on service management and monitoring tools
Educational Qualification : As per Accenture norms
Additional Information : Minimum 72 months of Linux Server Admin Experience Experience must have been gained in a production
