Job Description : About the Role
As a Logistic Business Development Manager, you will be part of the team to kick start the B2B2C business in Singapore and support the continued growth in Indonesia.
What you’ll do
Analyze market opportunities (especially Singapore and Indonesia) for B2B2C businesses and develop the partner acquisition funnel
Build relationships with partners (typically e-commerce, telemedicine, marketplaces, etc) throughout the end-to-end acquisition process from pitching, onboarding process, agreement process
Support the growth of partners transactions by analyzing the performance and ideating initiatives such as promos, marketing collaborations, product/process improvements, etc.
Become the single point of contact for partners in executing initiatives, troubleshooting, and conducting regular business reviews

What you’ll need
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development in companies such as start-ups, technology companies, management consulting, banking, or Fortune 500 companies
Good salesmanship skill and strong stakeholder management skill
Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and data driven decision making process
Good understanding of P&L and business acumen, as the role is required to develop, manage, and execute business agreements
Abilities to navigate and execute in a highly ambiguous environment
You are also expected to display these values:
Communicate effectively and collaborate internally with other functions (Marketing, Operations, Product, Data, etc) and externally with partner counterparts
Creative problem-solving skills
Be passionate, take initiatives and challenge the status quo
Data-driven decision-making
Represent Logistics product at the highest level
Bonus points if:
New Product and Country launch experiences are huge plusses
Have previous merchant, sales and business development experience
Have SQL, DataStudio or Python proficiencies
