Job Description : Job Description-Responsible for accurate and timely rental billing of clients each month.Handle invoice billing complaints and discrepancies, issuing credit memos when necessary.Researched and reconciled customer accounts/invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.Prepared summary sheets and manual invoicing whenever necessary.Assisted clients with the collection of payments from outstanding accounts receivable on a monthly basis.Obtained and matched PO numbers to delivery slips to ensure prompt receipt of payment.Validating Customer Bill before Bill generation and assuring 100% AccuracyValidating the Customer order in Corporate Provision System to start the billing date of the customer.Responsible to send invoices to the customers using email or other mediums.Strengths-Ability to learn new technologies quickly.Ability to adapt to new surroundings.Team management & training.Creativity & Imaginative Power.Productive working relationships with clients and staff.Believe in teamwork.Knowledge of MS office & ERP Software.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
