Job Description : · Handling payroll preparation by managing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues· Maintain stock of preprinted stationary of transportation, Stationary order mail for printing, Stationary receiving, allocation, packing and timely delivery to all branches, Payment to Vendor· Making and renewal of all rented Godown agreements, Timely monthly rent payment, making and submit TDS sheet to Account department for payment· Manage the recruitment and selection process, joining formalities and orientation· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics· Responsible for Admin activities like House-keeping, CUG connections, AMC’s etc…Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)HR: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
