We are looking for a highly experienced Manager Market Success to lead our efforts in defining our Omnichannel vision and strategy within the APAC (S&SEA and EA&A).

You will oversee the strategy and vision of the Regional Hub and will be responsible and accountable for improving delivery of the market service offerings for all omnichannel marketing efforts. Along with engaging with market and program leadership and ensure correct communication of progress, you will work closely with the Regional Head of Consumer Omnichannel to set the regional digital & omnichannel strategy and operating procedures with markets and Operations Centre (OC).

The role requires broad understanding and experience in omnichannel experience design across digital and offline touchpoints (owned retail, 3rd party retail, call centers) and strong commercial acumen to configure “what currently exists” into “delivering next level micro experiences”.

We’re flexible to where the position will be based but preferably Jakarta

Your day to day:

Supporting the Region Hub Lead and Region accountable in defining the omnichannel vision and strategy for the markets.Taking the overarching leadership and execution of all Programs, Campaigns and Product launches in the region through approved processes, tools, and technologyEngaging with markets and OC program leadership to ensure optimum communication of Consumer Programs.
Set, track, and review all business & operational KPIs from the Hub and Region to ensure an efficient Omnichannel marketing operation that grows the businessDefining campaign objectives with the local team and agencies, evaluating KPIs, targets and benchmarks, editorial calendars, measurement frameworks, audience effectiveness & efficiency and, if needed, recommend corrective actionsReviewing the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, recommending optimizations on a frequent basis to improve campaigns’ performance
Communicating the digital directive to the markets in the region and be the strategic partner for digital heads across the region while leading a best practice sharing cultureWorking with our global and local agencies of record to define local digital marketing strategies that deliver against overall business strategy and objectivesCoordinating optimal digital channel mix and budget split with the relevant stakeholders along with improvement suggestions, while challenging them to adapt the strategy when requiredEnsuring compliant execution of campaigns through adherence to approved processes, tools and technology

Who we’re looking for:

Understanding of the importance of Project Management, Client/Account Management, data driven decisions, and Technology as foundational business architecture to deliver digital marketing campaigns effectively across all channelsRobust experience in digital and marketing strategy with a digital media agency or blue-chip direct to consumer companyKnowledge and experience of working with senior management on market, regional and global level.
Detailed oriented with proven organizational and project management skillsProven track record in an agency side client-service environment including exposure to clients and ability to lead project teamsStrong planning and financial analysis skillsKnowledge of the offline retail marketplace is a plusStrong communication and presentation skills with excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and team management skillsExperience of lean start-up methodologies and way of working
