To manage Global launch of EV bikes along with domestic launch

Key Responsibilities

Product Development and Quality Check
Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders for quality checks and product development.
Coordinate with Plant and Quality teams on resolution of technical issues.

Training
Coordinate and organize training for assembly, product maintenance/ repairs, OTA uploads etc.

Establish Country Specific Service Eco System
Gather country specific information on usages conditions, competition benchmarking, service infrastructure/ facility
Define country specific after sales architecture, processes and norms.

Warranty Process Set-up
Develop App based solutions, and warranty/ other claims processes.
Skills Information
Negotiation skills, Decisions making ability, Interpersonal skills
Know how to operate Excel, PowerPoint
Education
Bachelor Degree
Relevant Experience
