DescriptionQA Manager will be responsible for high quality deliverables, on time as per release criteria through assigned team. Should be skilled and experienced of testing methodologies/practices, test automation and team management. Ability to contribute in product discussions and decisions, related to requirements, technical design, release criteria, test strategy, test automation, planning and delivery.Hands on experience in Automation testing using Java and SeleniumHands on experience in Manual testingGood Experience in testing of Cloud SaaS productsAPI testing experience is preferredExperience of the process through which we can make end to end test execution automated from code check in to deployment in production environment via CI/CD pipelineExcellent on testing, a strong quality assurance management background is desired with working knowledge of automation technologiesDecent software development management background is desiredAble to work in an Agile/Scrum modeKey skills include an ability to organize and motivate a team, analyze and resolve risks, execute a project plan and communicate status accurately
QualificationsBachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering, B.Tech/B.Sc in relevant domains. Masters in similar stream preferred
At least 3 years experience into People Management, Team Management role with 5+ members teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills
12+ years of relevant industry experience
-Strong experience in Cloud Native SaaS based software productsExcellent experience on Testing processes, methodologies , Ui and API Automation tools
Proven track record of testing, automation and delivery high quality products
Experience in testing and automation for SAS based solutionsAble to work in an Agile/ Scrum mode
Excellent people management skills
Team mentoring, not an autocratic leader, open to ideas & allowing the team to take initiative
Key skills include an ability to organize and motivate a team, analyze and resolve risks, execute a project plan and communicate status accurately
A strong quality assurance management background, with working experience, knowledge of automation technologies (UI and API)Candidate should have good experience and skills to test SAAS applicationsExpertise to define the testing and test the product to meet world class service quality standardsDemonstrates accountability and ownership for high quality product releases to internal and external customers
Candidate should have attitude to focus on delivering results, keeping in mind the Big Picture – end to end prospectiveCandidate is expected to insist on high standard deliverable from solution providers and to customers driving customer focus and customer obsessionShould be a good team player, builds trust with team, internal external customers
