Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Visualization
We are looking for a Manager (Power BI) who would be responsible for end to end managing, development and delivery of visualizations and possess good client handling experience with good communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
Interact with client to understand their problems and work with the delivery team on solutions that address the client needsDevelop and conceptualize sophisticated & innovative analytical solution and actionable insights with high client and business understandingBe the thought leader in the focus area, go to person for internal teams, generate knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing white papersHands on experience on Developing dashboards using Power BI including establishing gateways, use of embedding, DAX and MFor Tableau –
o Establishing connections to Data Sources. Adding or Creating Dimensions, Measures and Calculations. Good understanding of LOD.
o Performing Data Modeling in Tableau Desktop. Developing Workbooks and Hyper Extracts on Tableau Desktop. Publishing Workbooks and Data Sources to Tableau Development and QA sites.
Good level of understanding of languages such as Python, SQL, no-SQL, Spark and Big Data TechnologyUnderstanding of Data principles, BI, Data Lake and Data warehousing fundamentals
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBAWorking experience in BI and data visualizationSolid experience in analysis of structured and unstructured data, querying data from Data Lake and DB
Preferred qualifications
Experience on Azure cloud environment will be an added advantageA strong business acumen, with a good understanding of KPIsExceptional communication and negotiation skillsDetail oriented – Role requires you to be hands-on with Power BIPersonal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situationsFlexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
