Job Description : An exciting opportunity within the Boutique Wellness sector for a Marketing Manager looking to support the exciting growth of Ten Health & Fitness. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Ten Health & Fitness is the home of Dynamic Reformer Pilates, and a leading boutique fitness and clinical operator. We are renowned for the quality and expertise of our teams, and the integrated health & fitness service that we provide for our clients. We’re 6-time winners of the Tatler Gym Awards.The role: Having recently opened our 10th site and with 2 more in the pipeline, we’re at the next phase of our ambitious growth plan.The role combines ‘own’, ‘manage’ and ‘do’ elements, so is ideal for anyone with strategic, and project management skills, but who also relishes the opportunity to roll their sleeves up and muck in.Ten is emerging strongly from the pandemic, and is looking for an equally ambitious, passionate and proactive Marketing Manager to join our small but dynamic team.You should have a track record of impacting and influencing the marketing agenda. Be confident managing and implementing campaigns across multiple channels.What you’ll do: Understand the business, communications, digital and CRM strategies, and ensure projects and activity deliver against KPIs and targets on timeImplement, project manage and/or execute daily marketing activity – against strategy, across channels, in line with the Marketing Calendar whilst delivering on ROIManage up and across as well as down, building good and effective relationships with the Management Team, Heads of Department and Studio teams, gaining buy-in and generating engagement with marketing activityWork closely with the Head of Marketing, Creative Director and other key stakeholders to develop new external & internal marketing content and communicationsOwn the client journey and experience In Studio and across all marketing channels, including client profiling and segmentation to drive engagementResponsible for supporting the Studios with local marketing initiatives including eventsSupport with the opening of two new StudiosBe a digital/online marketing expert, manage email campaigns, web and app development and relationships with web agenciesDrive the social media strategy, oversee activity, numbers and salienceCopywriting support for various comms including email, website and blogsBe a brand ambassador and consumer champion, passing your knowledge and passion for what we do – and the way we do it – to all members of the team and to other stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring: Proven B2C marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality, leisure and fitness sectorsExcellent project management skills and event management experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment across all marketing disciplinesAbility to influence and negotiate across all levels internally and externallyAbility to drive initiatives and impact on Marketing KPIsAbility to react positively to rapidly evolving brand requirementsResults-oriented with strong analytic skills and business senseProven experience of and ability to perform as part of a small team – you must be ready to roll your sleeves up and be hands-onWhat could Ten Health & Fitness offer you? £40,000 to £45,000Free Pilates classes and discounted Physio & Massage sessionsWorking from our studios and from homeAdditional annual leave per year of serviceCycle to work schemeJob Type: Full-timeContract length: 12 monthsSalary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountReferral programmeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftApplication question(s):What can you bring to TEN?Work authorisation:United Kingdom (preferred)
