This position is a customer-facing mobile position where you are expected to attend various sites throughout each day, covering for planned and unplanned absences and quite often working across split shifts. This role is a hands-on cleaning position as well as a supervisory role. In your supervisory capacity, you will be expected to train new starters as well as play an active role in coaching existing employees where necessary as well as admin duties. You are the first point of contact for our customers and front-line cleaners and are therefore expected to lead from the front in all circumstances, upholding our standards and company values.Hours of WorkMonday to Friday and occasional weekend workSplit shifts | early mornings, day times, and evenings20-35 hours per week | plus additional hours as the business requiresWhat you will be doingYou will be the first point of contact for covering holidays and troubleshooting for the Area ManagerYou will closely with the Area Manager to manage all aspects of the contracts with customers, handling any queries that arise and finding solutionsGeneral cleaning duties to be carried out in line with Acies quality standards, including but not limited to; dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, deep cleansAdministrative duties including but not limited to scheduling, overseeing timesheets, holiday and absence recordsYou will be involved in training our new starters and existing cleaning teamAny ad-hoc duties that arise due to the needs of the businessAbout youHappy to live and carry out our company valuesPositive attitude to work and lifeAbility to clean to an extremely high standard with a willingness to learnExperience supervising people and finding solutions to issues and problems if and when they arise in a calm and methodical mannerBeing able to communicate with customers in a way that gives them confidence in us that we care about delivering outstanding service and that we are committed to resolving any problems they raise with usPrevious mobile cleaning experienceAble to work to set timescales and deliver what we promiseFlexibility with your time and attitude will be essential for this role as it can be very reactiveA motivated, proactive, energetic approach to life and workA driving licence is essential and access to your own vehicle is desirablePhone number & Smartphone -We operate via our app, to send you clean requests.
