We are looking for a high quality candidate to join our growing team.The role requires someone with extensive business knowledge, analytical and relationship skills, strategic mindset and programme management discipline to help drive the build-out of the function as well as support the broader department and organisation objectives.
This is a challenging role requiring the successful individual to partner, coordinate and drives progress across global teams and different business areas as well as partner closely with key stakeholders and colleagues around the firm. This also presents an excellent opportunity to join a market leading organisation and business area and play an active part in driving the long-term development of the function in an area that is key to the future success of the financial services sector and at the heart of industry development and regulatory focus.

What we’re looking for:
6to 8 years of experience in MongoDB Administration (Mongo Developer not required)
Advise MongoDB HA strategies, including replica sets and sharding (Sharded cluster)
Maintain MongoDB databases/DB projects
Advise with MongoDB scaling Design, implement and manage the security of MongoDB databases.
Responsible for Mongo backups and restores
Administer MongoDB to achieve 100% availability
Proficient in administration, Always ON, Replication, Log shipping, clustering, backups and recovery, audit reporting, Performance tuning as well as proactive environment health checks
Experience with MongoDB replica set configuration and management, preferred
Maintain detailed documentation of database Design/Architecture and setup.
Provide training to members of the Database team on MongoDB.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands on experience with building and maintaining MongoDB replica sets
Shift : India or Singapore (little flexibility) and no night shift.
