Do you succeed driving difficult multi-functional transformation? Do you agree that Automation, AI and analytics technology will change (and already is changing !) The way we work? Do you have good understanding and connections within one or more Ericsson critical business flows? Then this might be the right position for you ! You will be the leader of Market Area MOAI – Automation and Innovation team, driving strategy and execution in intelligent automation, tooling and AI for services workflows.
The individual will be responsible for championing the Automation and Innovation transformation journey towards Services for Market Area – MOAI. The role includes line management of Incubation, Automation, Tools, AI and Analytics team in the MA as well as management of team roles such as Solution Managers, Lead Data scientists, team leads and Innovation Drivers and drive significant delivery capabilities to deliver maximum business value to the stakeholders. The individual occupying this role will be dedicated to working multi-functionally partnering with different units and stakeholders on all levels, influencing strategies, objectives and targets of the unit.
You will:
The role demands considerable flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs, and is expected to effectively cover a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Establish Intelligent Automation and tools vision and strategy in set scope to deliver business value through the offerings Lead engagements towards stakeholders and organizations across the Market Area
Line Management of several senior and dedicated Business Transformation Leads based in multiple locations and time zones
Work cross functional across SLs, Domains and CU business stakeholders
Influence unit level priorities and roadmap to successfully run the ground-breaking aspects of Ericsson’s automation journey
Actively participate in Transformation Leadership team to drive overall Transformation agenda in the Intelligent Automation and Tools space
Ability to persevere, have persistent and continuous engagement to drive the digitalization agenda across the Market Area
Establish regular governance across various levels to ensure stakeholder alignment
Manage identification, assessment, and prioritization of Tools and Automation opportunities and align commitment with respective business sponsors within the MA and BA’s
Manage overall program steering in the unit(s), performance, benefit realization and long-term transformation agenda
Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels in the unit and champion change and transformation enablement
Provide thought leadership and shape the knowledge base within Automation & Tools area
Collaborate within the team to bring the best possible automation and transformation solutions across the Market Area
Drive and secure deployment of AI & Automation services and solutions in Operations and capture user interaction for future needs and requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes powered by Automation and Innovation
Own and drive incubation, adoption and usage of Automation and tools and ensure their monetization
Drive alignments across our organization by establishing standard methodology knowledge management, re-use and sharing
Be part of establishing team culture, ways of working and environment where employees are engaged, demonstrating proactivity, collaboration, impressive performance, high professional ethics and high energy

To be successful in the role you must have:

Ability to influence across the organization, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing and gaining commitment
Ability to communicate and drive engagement towards c-suite stakeholders – Internal to the MA / BA and external
Ability to mentor and guide the highly motivated team members to assess automation opportunities across the domains
Deep level of understanding and experience in technology strategy, operations transformation, technology adoption, digital transformation, Automation and tools (AI, Data Analytics, RPA, Blockchain, cognitive, etc.)
Good understanding of translating business strategy to automation and work to build plans to support transformation using technology
Solid experience working as a leader in sophisticated technical organizations within a multi-stakeholder environment
Highly developed Communication and Collaboration skills, Excellent senior stakeholder management and presentation skills
Excellent project management and social skills, Excellent ability to acquire new knowledge and apply it in the job
Proficient language skills in written and spoken English
Experience in leading high caliber teams and an orientation towards achieving results and Recognize or develop inspiring leader in automation
Strategic approach with an analytical, structured and result oriented approach, management consulting or strategy & execution experience is a plus
Bachelors / Master degree in Engineering, MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields or Business administration or equivalent experience
