Job Description : Responsibilities: · Deliver effective Training Content as per the requirements and guidelines of the organization in a variety of technical subjects.· Accountable for incorporating contextual information and developing methods appropriate to the context, in addition to the existing curricula.· Impart trainings sessions to the laterals recruits and induction programs for freshers joining the organization.· Evaluate and report performance of trainees who attended the training programs.· Create self-study program or learning paths, helping people to gain expertise outside classroom.· Assist the Technology CoE to schedule and implement in-house training courses. Evaluate both internal and external trainers if needed to be identified for imparting training based on organizations training requirements. Handle training and assessments for internal certifications for various technologies.Requirements: · Language and platforms (C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, MVC, Application hosting on web/app server, Configuration Management, Unit Testing), UI (HTML-5, CSS3, TypeScript, Advance JavaScript, Angular, React, NodeJS, Different Scripting technologies).· Databases (MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB).· Microsoft Cloud (Azure architecture and its offerings).· Cloud (Cloud Architecture , Cloud services and offerings).· Methodology (Agile, Scrum).· Good interpersonal with excellent communication skill.· Excellent written and spoken English is a vital skill in this role.· Experience in delivering virtual technical training is a must.· Should be proactive in solving issues and ability to connect and work with different teams.· Experience in developing technical training materials.· Self-motivated, independent, quick learner and an excellent team player.· Good command on verbal and written English.· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.· Should have a zest to learn new things.Part-time hours: 40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: ₹3,000.00 – ₹6,000.00 per daySchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Trainer: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
