Job Description : Technical Skills: 2 To 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support with track record as engineer.Knowledge in Helpdesk ticketing tool.Good understating in change management, incident, and service requestDemonstrable ability in managing windows server 2008/2012/2016, L2.Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, Wi-Fi and network segments.Network related skills- added advantage.Knowledge in Microsoft product (Office 365)/Outlook Configuration/Creating Users and assigning permission to the users for accessing the Active Directory, Working knowledge of Azure, O365, Active directory service, and group policy management.Strong troubleshooting knowledge in ADS, DNS and DHCP server, Client VPN configuration.Hands on with AMIs of AWS EC2 windows instancesBasic understanding in Cloud InfrastructureExperience on SCCM/System Center Configuration Manager along with integration experience with AD/Active DirectoryAD & GPO configuration, Group policy*Knowledge on VMware and Hyper-V serversWindows cluster creation, OS Upgradation expertiseConfigure antivirus software to fully protect IT environment.Managing the Backup solution.Basic Mobile device troubleshooting knowledge (iOS and Android)Good knowledge in Windows, MacOS, and Linux.Good knowledge in audio/visual solution such as Cisco WebEx, Zoom, and Teams video conferencing solution.Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or aboveProcess Skills: Handling the Helpdesk tickets and making sure all issues got resolved in a timely fashion.Properly escalate unresolved Tickets to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers, system and network admins)Experience in high availability environment and alignment to process (ITIL)Team Player- Contribute to effective teamwork in internal engagement situation. Document the technical knowledge (troubleshoot) in the form of notes and manuals, cascading it with Teammates.
