Strong knowledge on Open Text VIM
Strong knowledge in installation and configuration in OpenText
Good understanding of Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers of ECM
Executing system health checks and capacity planning
Troubleshooting issues with Content Server advanced workflows Assist project delivery teams with solution implementation
Production system configuration and testing, data migrations, stewarding the production change management process
General knowledge of security standards, architectures and protocols: directory servers (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory), authentication technologies
Primary Skills
Excellent experience on OpenText VIM
Understanding on Front end, Admin, Archive and Utility servers
Secondary Skills
Ability to work with business and technology teams to build and deploy an analytical solution as per client needs
Ability to multi-task, solve problems and think strategically
Strong communication and collaboration skills
