As an Operational Effectiveness Specialist within Delivery Excellence, you will be accountable for the below activities:
Manageing Incidents and requests as first level of support within the ticket management systemProvide timely updates where appropriateRespond in a highly professional manner to all requests and issues, liaising with the users and teams globallyEnsure regular communication with the team on various activitiesEnsure users are appropriately informed of any delays or errors and kept advised of progress and actions being takenEnsure any requests are honored to required quality and support standards within the stipulated deadlinesDevelop knowledge of new tools and processes from the training providedManage and update information across tools managed within the team which are used by Delivery teamsProvide support to other internal teams as appropriate or directedCreate and mManage reports from tools used within the teamPerform regular reviews on the Project Deliverables by way of audits
Skills & Experience
Graduate in BSc Computer Science, BCA2-3 years’ experience in a support role would be a plus, as you will service our internal delivery teams, with a good ability to communicate effectively with various levels in a global organization, cross-functionallyExperience in using incident management tools would be an advantageGood communication in English (oral and written) with a good command in understanding and speaking being a must-have.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge on Basic excel formulasAbility to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral).Ability to understand concepts and process quicklyAbility to manage own time and be well organizedAbility to work independently and use good judgementAbility to work cross-functionally and in a global teamAbility to identify problems before they occur and communicate issues to the appropriate partiesWillingness to work in flexible hours to accommodate requests from European teams
