Responsible for a designated portfolio you will lead improvement and change projects and improve people manager capability through high level advice and support.You will also:Provide high level and authoritative HR and IR advice to people managers and team membersProvide effective end-to-end case management of people and employee relations and wellbeing issues in conjunction with business units or the Health & Safety team where appropriateContribute as subject matter expert, to an ambitious organisation transformation projectPositively influence workplace culture and employee engagement in client business units and own teamFull time, ongoing position.
