About Our Client
Our client is a growing on-demand platform tech start-up. As a Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible to lead & execute an effective use of various digital marketing channels. Reporting directly to VP.

Job Description
Create and implement an acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels, including budget planning
Identifying improvements to acquisition performance in channels and on-site experience, and shaping roadmaps to implement any changes that are require
Drive volume though focusing on the top of the funnel, optimize marketing budget to maximize CPA
Own parts of the marketing technology stack to ensure that we are using the correct channels to attract the right customers
Constantly reviewing and understanding customer needs, motivations and behaviours and reporting back to the wider business
The Successful Applicant
Min. 5 years relevant working experience
Proven working experience and strong understanding of executional skills in performance marketing
Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including AppsFlyer, Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc
Strong analytical skills and data-driven
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
