Essential Skills and Experience:
Provide Consultancy, configuration engagements, and solution delivery, working with peers and clients to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate workshops with a variety of users to clearly define the requirements, scope and desired outcome of the solution
Design, code, document, test, and deploy Microsoft O365 cloud-based applications
Strong, knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including the Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365 and familiarity with Power BI.
Minimum 2 years experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform across multiple projects. Experience with Canvas development, Power Automate solutions.
Minimum 3 years experience implementing SharePoint implementations.
Experience with Dataverse (Common Data Store), Portal app development and SQL
Strong software development skills, within a Microsoft framework (languages to include .Net, C# and SQL).
Develop solution prototypes to prove solution approach and design
Provide technical advice and guidance to clients and have the ability to effectively talk through technical issues to non-technical people.
Ability to work with a variety of different clients concurrently across numerous projects and have the flexibility to move between projects based on changing demands and deadlines.
Experience with automated deployment processes (Azure DevOps, pipeline build and release strategies)
Experience with Power Platform governance and Microsoft Centre of Excellence is required
