Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Sr. DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a candidate to stimulate the DevOps process and manage the deployments across the project.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.E. Computer Science / MCA
Preferred qualifications/skills
Expert in Jenkins and Ansible pipelines. Declarative pipelines using Groovy.Experience in Sonarcube , Gitlab and Nexus (how the tool works and integration) .
– Good understanding of containerization ( Docker .podman , kubernetes , ELK) , cloud AWS (2022) – Intermediate- Expert.
Good knowledge of Unix and DB (SQL queries)
Essential:
Ideal candidate would have at least 10 years of focused technology experience with proven strategic project and program deliveriesAbility to bring together Global teams in a matrix management operating model and to deliver programs without direct control is of key importanceGood communication and presentation skills are essential as the role requires building and nurturing relationships with global managersMust have demonstrable skills in planning continuous improvement related to the value proposition of the CTA organization and align it to the larger goals of the global IT organization as well as the India IT organizationWill and zeal to learn new tools and technology and remain hands-on will be key for the success of the role holder
Desirable:
Knowledge & experience of managing and working in DevOps and Agile culturePrior management experience in an onshore – offshore model will be a plusBanking and Financial Services environmentExperience of application release automation eventually leading way forward to DevOps
