Core ResponsibilitiesCombine your technical understanding, product management knowledge and strategic approach to develop an ambitious and clear product vision and goals for the one of the products in the CSE Product portfolio.Understand the overarching business goals and translate these to product strategy, objectives, and key results in close collaboration with collaborators and the product team, so they’re aligned, and invested in the strategic directionCommunicate the objectives effectively and ensure the product vision align with our digital strategy and requirements by collaborating with relevant team membersLead product discovery with the team, researchers, and wider partners to develop, experiment and test new insights that help shape the value propositionShare regular tracking of product specific critical metrics with team membersPlan product development out into the future by e.g., maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the teamContinuously optimize the product in pursuit of achieving the outcomes as defined.

The role of the Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) department is to deliver world-class experiences that live up to the expectations of the LEGO Group and turn customers into brand advocates. The team act as guardians of consumer experience and brand reputation and actively play a part in deepening the relationship each consumer has with the LEGO brand (= LEGO love!).

As a Product Manager, you will be part of a large community of like-minded people, passionate about product excellence and continuous learning and development.

Do you have what it takes?Significant working experience and track record within a similar digitally focused role and a good technical understandingRelevant years of experience within digital product management/digital product ownership, preferably for technical/platform productsProblem solver – Shown change and resilient approach with a can-do attitude to make new things happenStrong communicator with excellent team member management skillsSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrixed organisationProficient in setting and tracking OKRs, proven understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.Technically curious, with a good understanding of software development practices and web/mobile technologiesDemonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraintsStrong data querying and interpretation skills, with the ability to influence partners through data findings.Ability to quickly gain the confidence of the business and colleagues through good communication and influencing skills and acting as an advocate of the Product Management team both externally and internallyDeep knowledge and understanding of customer service market and contact centre industryDigital development experienceExperience in leading important priorities across a number of business units and teamsKnowledge of Salesforce, Calabrio, Chatbots of IVR systems could be advantageous.
