Primary Responsibilities:
Engage with US and India leadership to define the product scope/strategy
Be able to create Cost benefits analysis for the funding requirements
Create the roadmap based on the technical landscape
Creating logical features with success criteria based on implementation flow
Writing stories will clear Acceptance criteria
Product demo and presentation to multiple stakeholders
Own and drive product roadmap basis business priorities and strategic tech stack in partnership with business stakeholders
Work with Team to define release, sprint plan and stories to deliver incremental business value in shortest possible time
Contribute establish highly mature software engineering practice and culture
Partner with SM to track Agile MBOs, work towards continuously improvement and meeting MBOs
Be part of scrum team and work with them on daily basis to ensure business priorities, requirements etc. are factored in during the course of development

Required Qualifications:
Management Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
Product management or technical certifications
10 – 15 years of industry experience in IT industry working with tech products
Experience working on technical platforms: Cloud Azure, Kafka streaming, Canonical model framework Big data platform technologies (Hadoop Spark, Scala), DWH
Knowledge of Data and Domain: Data security with preference to Healthcare industry
