Job Description : Purpose of the role:
The Product Owner role will deliver expert knowledge around Indicia’s automation technology utilised by our clients across Australia & New Zealand, driving satisfaction across the client base through problem solving and articulating requirements into user stories through to feature enhancements that demonstrably improve the client and product experience .
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to gather business requirements, writing user stories and empower the wider Product Engineering team
Understand the automation product(s) inside out
Meet with stakeholders to discuss ways of working and provide product assistance.
Support the day-to-day use of Indicia’s automation technology
Provide online, email and phone support to clients when troubleshooting issues
Work with the Indicia Product Engineering team on new features and bugs.
Work with the Indicia Project team to onboard and train clients.
Deliver high quality product documentation
Understand the competitor market and emerging product trends
Empower wider support and service desk teams through knowledge transfer in order to reduce dependence on product management and engineering teams
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
Tertiary qualification (Bachelor)
3+ years using Adobe InDesign
1+ year experience in a fast-paced Agency or Marketing environment
1+ year experience in product management
Fast learner and excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex problems
Ideally have experience within Marketing Technology (open to other industries however)
Use case and user story development
Knowledge of Agile methodologies for product development
Strong stakeholder & relationship management skills
Familiar with JIRA, Confluence and Project Management tools
Familiarity with Service Desk processes and systems
Planning and organising – Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
Proven knowledge about Creative Studio processes
Always be on the lookout to see how we can do something better, quicker with a greater result.
Excellent facilitation, teaching and teamwork skills.
Adobe InDesign scripting experience is desirable
