Job Description : Responsibilities and Duties Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development.Ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations.Supervise the shop floor activities closely and achieve the set targets.Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks.Generating production documentation for ISO requirements.Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.Support the tender process for components to ensure the best quality for best price.Developing the vendor for outsourcing needs in production house and arrange those materials on time.Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow and removing waste from the processes.Plan and organise maintenance of machines, tools and respond to breakdowns.Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process Improvement activities.Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and Training.Required Experience1 – 2 years’ experience in Steel structure manufacturing Industries.Experience in Supervision and must have team management skill.Knowledge in Design, AUTO CAD is an added advantage.Excellent communication skills and computer skills.Must have four-wheeler driving license.Required QualificationsB-Tech Mechanical / DME with 10 years’ experience.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)
