Name of the Role: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
You will be working with SHL product team. As a program manager, here are some of the key responsibilities for this role,
Partner with executive sponsors to define Product OKRs, support the Product pipeline, and support the product roadmap and release plans.
Plan and manage a large program consisting of multiple complex projects. Help drive delivery of project work
Provide support and guidance on the individual projects and facilitate seamless integration of various pieces in the overall Program
Partnering closely with partner teams to meet our customer needs with quality and agility
Operate in an iterative environment, with a focus on driving priorities, and effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Perform project reviews and deep dives across technical and non-technical functional areas to determine scope, requirements, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure program goals and objectives are and remain aligned to the overall strategic objectives of the organization
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
Active vendor management and alignment with ongoing delivery
Periodically communicate areas of key success, opportunity, and gaps to key stakeholders.
Engage with cross-functional teams to develop continuous development plans, key marketing materials, and customer engagement initiatives.
Leverage change management best practices and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of strategic initiatives
Manage how the product is being positioned across social platforms in collaboration with multiple teams
Operate as an independent contributor
Present the product favorably and in a structured professional manner
Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails

Required Skills & Experience:
Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
Strong leadership and management skills
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
Knowledge about how a product is marketed is a plus
Communication and collaboration skills – expressing ideas clearly while considering the views of others and model collaborative policies to set the example for the team

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or related field
Proven experience in a cross-functional environment across various teams.
Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and efficient in managing ambiguous situations.
Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working with remote, global, and cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.
Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools to manage complex project schedules.
