Job Description : Job Responsibilities:Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams.Create and document the scope of work including business requirements, budget, project plan and technical specifications for each project.Plan for, allocate and manage resources–both internally and freelance.Focus on continuous improvement, spotting opportunities for more effective ways of working and recommending solutions, both internally and to clients.Define and scope client requirements and deliverables.Provide the development and sales team with support and guidance on project specific processes, procedures, tools, training, and techniques.Be the technical point of contact for the project, responsible for providing day to day technical communication and project status updates to clients.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions, assign the work and make sure deliverables are met.Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned client accounts.Act as the day-to-day contact between DG7 and assigned accounts to identify, communicate, and make the necessary changes to correct issues, address needs.Work with assigned accounts on strategic operational needs, including but not limited to, reporting, educating, and training to increase relationship.Be the technical point of contact for the project, responsible for providing day to day technical communication and project status updates to clients.You will identify deviations between project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed.Assign tasks/projects to proper teams.Ensure all client deliverables are met.Set up meetings with clients, relaying all important information to the appropriate teams.Monitor ongoing status of projects and communicate with clients to keep up to date.Deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget projects to clients.What’s in your Arsenal: Excellent written and oral communicator.College Graduate.2+ years of project management experience.Accountable, takes initiative & quality focused.Client service focused with great interpersonal skills.Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communicator & collaborator.WordPress/Magento experience a Plus.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.Led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:YesEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Management: 1 year (Preferred)
