Job Description : You should have experience constructing HIGH END VILLASAlibaug experience is a plus, but not mandatoryOffice location: Fort, kalaghoda, MumbaiSite Location: Awas, Alibaug (Site is on Main Alibaug Road)Responsibilities: Delivery quality project delivery, end to end. This includes Civil work, MEP, Interiors. You will work on-site and coordinate with contractors, PMCs, accounts team. You will work in office for 1-2 days a week as needed for coordination purposes. Full working office shall be provided to you for on-site works. You will preferably stay near the site (accommodation can be included in CTC / arranged as needed).Knowledge of timelines, budgets, quantity surveying, bill checking, on-site quality checks is requiredAbility to travel to site, and be an independent worker is requiredShould be proficient with Autocad, MS Office / Google Docs, and at least one project management softwareShould understand PERT Charts / Project management timelines chartsKnowledge of Marathi is a big plus, as site is in MaharashtraJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Yes, full COVID 19 precautions are taken on site, and in office.
