ABOUT THE COMPANY

RubberWay is a small-scale start-up proposing a sustainability risk-mapping service to the natural rubber buyers

(tire manufacturers, gloves producers, etc.).
Through a range of questionnaires available from a mobile app, we help natural rubber processors to collect

information on their upstream supply chain to identify social and environmental risks: deforestation, child labor,

harmful practices, lack of agricultural training, etc.
It was designed by tire makers to empower and enable their natural rubber suppliers to report on the

transparency of their supply chain.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position aims at assisting the head of operations in running the company operations.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee will handle a broad scope of missions.
Deployment of the solution:

Train the users on the product, create and send monthly reports, plan follow-up meetings with users.

Data analytics:

Preparing and presenting comprehensive analysis reports from the data collected for each user, upon

completion of the risk-assessment.

System maintenance:

Monitor the system in close connection with the IT provider: dashboard and mapping evolutions,

questionnaires adjustments, bug fixing, development of new languages, creation of accesses for new members,

etc.

Communication and prospection:
External communication: website improvement and maintenance, LinkedIn posts, development of newcontents: workshops, filmed interview, intro video, publication of articles, emailing, etc.
Internal communication: Help the users to advertise their participation in RubberWay by creatingready-to-use content. Put in place a system of awarding prizes to incentivize users.
Prospect for potential new members and give introductions to interested organizations.

Overall, the person will be directly involved in the strategy of the company: additional ways of using the data, refining the conditions of the commercial offer, engage in a third-party assessment, etc.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Being highly independent and able to propose, suggest, take initiatives
Ability to lead presentations to various stakeholders
Strong analytical skills in view of preparing the consulting reports
Solid written skills to create articles and update the website
Advanced knowledge on Ms. Excel.
Basic knowledge in digital marketing, design, content creation
Interests in sustainability, environment matters, commodities
Interests in software development and IT are optional but appreciated
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor from environmental science, sustainability, agronomy, or any related degree.
ADDITIONAL NOTES

The candidate will be confirmed after a 6-months probationary period

Use of personal computer in the early stage is possible

The job will be performed from the office in Outram Park area

Occasional field trips to visit processors on-site, subject to border restrictions
