What a promising candidate looks like?
Verify, and audit processes and its conformance to QA standards using organizations QA checklist, in all ongoing projects.
Monitor and track audit data for the improvements in projects and ensure adherence through-out.
Assist and support teams in conducting QA audits and inspections.
Ensure compliance of QA controls with the company’s best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Jira tool compliance.
Must be ready to work on different domains.
Monitor project repository compliance.
Create report project Audit report and share the project team and management.
Feedback the team on the area of Improvement.
Desired Experience
3-5 Years
QA Audit. Quality Management,
Process Audit experience from CMMI-L3 and above org.
Six Sigma trained /certified with working experience.
Desirable Skills
Working knowledge of PM Processes
Good understanding to SLDC in Agile methodology as well as Waterfall Methodology.
Should be well versed in all multiple types of testing
(Functional/Sanity/Smoke/Regression/Performance/Volume Testing
Facilitating MRMs and SQA Reviews
Conducting internal Audits, Audit Reporting, Conducting RCA and Audit follow-up
Technical Skills
Process Improvement Facilitation
Performing Gap Analysis with process frameworks and Implementing CAPA.
Performing Quality Audits, Reviews, Configuration Audits, Release Reviews
Proficient with the quality assurance auditing principles and procedures.
Working knowledge of QA Audit. Should have Audited project for code review,
unit tests, RTM, repository compliance.
Essential Skills
Working experience in project quality management.
Good understanding to SLDC in Agile methodology as well as Waterfall Methodology.
Well versed in development life cycle. Good to have working experience in multiple OS platforms ( Linux / Windows /Android / iOS )
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science
