The Shaadi.com Android and iOS mobile applications are used by millions of people around the world and are some of India’s best known and most loved applications and we’re looking for someone to lead the engineering teams that build these apps.Role: Manager Quality Assurance will be managing 6-8 -odd QA engineers across multiple product lines as they deliver a quality product. Quality assurance manager are tasked with defining and promoting a quality mindset across an entire company. Managers are responsible for managing all QA functions, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high quality products on schedule. From hiring analysts and managers to leading incident investigations, QA establish and maintain a quality system to ensure a company’s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards. QAs write acceptance criteria, guide the story through its development, align all approvals, and give the final sign off. You will strike a balance between the consumers’ intent and the business’s needs. Will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects to spec and on time and as such are involved in guiding the story from start to finish. The most valuable traits we are looking for in this role are:What you will do in this roleTo lead the Software Quality Assurance team, the largest sub-department within the Shaadi Technology team.Ensure quality staff performs and approves root cause analysis and product impact assessments for investigations resulting from deviations.Ensures quality staff assesses and approves change controls.Ensure regulatory submissions align with filing strategy. Review and approve submission amendments.Lead the quality team supporting analytical activities including method qualification/validation, method transfer, establishing specifications and justification for specifications and stability protocols, data and reports. Also including laboratory release testing review.Ensure raw material risk assessment are performed per USP/ATMP guidance.Experience in preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals.To keep Quality Assurance cycles fast, keep bugs out of the product, and ship delightful products.To drive to QA automation consistently, guide the development of test framework to reduce efforts.To ensure that our automated test suites give us the confidence we need to ship fast without regressions.To introduce best in class Quality Assurance practices through QA Guild projects.To ensure optimum QA resource allocation across teams.Work closely with the developers and engineering managers to identify and clear any friction in the process and increase efficiency of the team.Run periodic regression cycles independent of any release cycles.Job requirementsWhat you should haveWe are looking for a QA operator with experience of 7+ years with 3 years in managing teams.BE (Comp/IT), ME (Comp/IT), MCA, M.Tech, B.Tech.Experience of developing and implementing a quality assurance framework.Experience in QA automation.Ability to take strong technical decisions about the framework architecture.Experience with the agile software development frameworkApply for this jobApply for this job Apply with IndeedJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹2,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Quality Assurance: 6 years (Preferred)Mobile Automation: 3 years (Preferred)
