You will help in building and leading the right initiatives towards Product Transformation, which will help Sopra Banking to move faster with a focus on Product enabling parameters like, Functionality, Security and Performance. You should have capabilities to help team in building and improving the automation and DevOps implementation
Responsibilities: –
Should be able to implement and streamline DevOps practices.
Ability to partner with teams to reduce the CICD cycle time.
Establish test automation to accelerate development processes in products using Cloud technologies
Create deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment in multiple environments.
Identify and implement data storage methods like clustering to improve the performance of the team.
Develops self-service solutions for the R&D department to deliver product with excellent quality and speed.
Should also be involved in designing and developing scaling strategies, automation scripts, and solutions to implement, streamline, and executing the product.
Helping operation and developers teams to solve their problems.

Skills: –
Hands on experience in setting up DevOps processes and Industrialization for large projects including CICD and testable infrastructure as code
Well versed with Containers, Kubernative, GitLab, Ansible, Puppet, etc.
End to End application architecture knowledge
Should possess experience in the software development process and tools and languages like SaaS, Python, Java, MongoDB, Shell scripting, Python, MySQL, and Git.
Must have strong expertise in operating Linux/Unix environments.
Exposure to AWS, Azure and GCP
Understanding of Application server and Administration – Data Source, Web-Services, MQ, SSL
excellent automation skills and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes.
Building strong cross-functional leadership skills and working together with the operations and engineering teams to make sure that systems are scalable and secure.
