Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities
What are we looking for:
We are looking for hands-on software technical recruiter who is passionate to understand software job descriptions in new technologies and enjoys collaboration, with technology team to source the matching profiles and coordinate end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Lateral recruitment of software professionals across verticals like cross platform, iOS, Android, AWS, Cloud, Web Apps, Java, Php, wordpress, angular, node.js, etc.
Coordinate with software technology team to identify open positions, prepare job descriptions, Job posting on job portals, screen and shortlist resumes, coordinate interviews and ensure timely on-boarding.
Prepare and compile interview record sheet, offer letters, personal files, etc.
Manage On-Boarding Process for New Hires and serve as point of contact for candidates.
Induct, coach and mentor new Joiners including Post Joining Feedback and maintain Recruitment Matrices.
Coordinate Induction Programs for new joiners.
Support employee meeting, engagement activities, answer employee concerns on HR Policies.
Participate in employee performance review program.

Desired Education, Experience & Competencies:
BE/ B.Tech/ BCA, MCA, 3+ year experience with high proficiency in software and IT Recruitment.
Hands-on sourcing through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Facebook and related social networking sites.
Should be passionate, voracious continuous learner who keeps up with the latest trends, technologies, and tools in the industry.
Understand job description with respect to technical depth and project expectation including critical recruitment path, risks and impact to timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
