Key roles and responsibilities include:
Work with Business and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements and break down Demands into EPICS and User Stories.Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our business partners.Define Staging and epics, Assuring IT solution integrity and ensure the consideration of integration patterns/other architectural requirementsLiaise with the business stakeholders in all channels(Sales company departments, wholesale, retail, e-commerce partners)Understand business strategy and document business requirements and Develop process flows.Own the status of Change requirements throughout the Demand lifecycle & enforce and redefine as necessaryEnsuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologiesShare required data for regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in viewBring value adds by contributing to continuous improvement and innovation, encourage best practicesSupport business analyst with demand creation.Produces IT solution outline for demands and adds technical perspective to user stories (e.g. technical acceptance criteria required for DoR)Presents demand & user stories in demand concept approval meeting together with respective Business AnalystAlign with architects when necessary

Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in viewCreate / Propose Demand Management baselines as and when required.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Total 8-10 Years of Experience with Minimum 7 years of experience in salesforce CRM.Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalentSalesforce Certification is MUST in Salesforce AdminExperience in Salesforce CRM in implementing business solutionsExpertise on CRM, Lead, Case, Offer & Ordering business processesComprehensive understanding of overall architecture of Salesforce CRMHands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controlsHands on experience creating Reports & Dashboards in SalesforceComprehensive understanding of overall architecture of Salesforce CRMGood presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills and comfortable in liaising with stakeholders independentlyAbility to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environmentDrive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill setsExposure to client facing roles both from IT and BusinessProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and VisioProven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
Preferred Experience and Skills
Salesforce Certification in at least one of Consulting Cloud areas (Sales, Service or Community)
– Experience in- leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution
Soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirementsDocumenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagramsCollaborating with business stakeholdersSalesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Apex coding
