What you will learn and contribute to

RPA/OCR Senior Developer / Tech Lead – DevOps Support (L2) position in IT EA AO Automation Platform shall be a team player as part of Level 2 Global RPA Support team and responsible to develop, test, deploy and support delivery and run of complex RPA & OCR automation sprints, hands-on technical issues resolution, support the RPA / OCR automation production platform and sprints in quick turnaround time, deliver bug fixes and Change requests in a timely manner on 24 x 7 Support window.
Proven Hands-on experience of process automation across the life-cycle, using Automation Anywhere with experience of automating rule-based use-cases (using task-bot or meta-bot) and cognitive use-cases and also coding skills in IQBOT, ABBYY, Blue Prism, .NET, C#, SAP Scripting, SQL Stored Procedure, Excel macro development, Python, Power BI, SharePoint workflow development, problem-solving/bug fix delivery and analytical skills.
In addition, candidate should be able to Support AA/IQBot/Abbyy OCR RPA application and platform management, handling routine jobs and support for all Abbyy, AA & IQBot environments (Development, Testing and Production).
Candidate should have a very strong expertise in automating processes and continuously collaborate with business teams on the process issues and develop / deliver new automation requirements. Candidate shall prepare and deliver design documents (PDD/SDD/TDD), automate complex processes by RPA & OCR. Responsible to work on deployment, stabilization and receive production sprints handed over from development teams or partners. Responsible to develop and deliver bug-fixes, on-the-fly-changes, Change requests and functional enhancements for the RPA sprints in production.

As part of our team, you will:

Deliver L2 Support as part of RPA Global Support team as per support Model; Deliverable involves bugfix, fault resolution and development of hot fixes
Training IQBOT/ABBYY with document templates & other semi-structured and unstructured input data-sources (Both Digital & Scanned)
Experience in training, testing and exporting the code to production environment
Re training when goes to Validation to get better output
Experience in OCR solutions
Optimize the RPA code to make sure the robot is working at the highest efficiency
Identify the re-usability of bots and update the bot registry accordingly
Proven expertise in process automation and deliver resolution on complex issues and challenges experienced by RPA automation Sprints in quick turnaround time
Supporting existing processes and development / deployment of change requirements as part of a structured change control process
Develops and support automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements
Providing architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the delivery
Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures
Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required
Update PDD/SDD/TDD, Operating manual, UAT TC and support documents as required
Works collaboratively with teams during the product test and UAT phases and ensure the quality code and solution delivered as per SDD and TDD
Reports status, issues and risks to management on a regular basis
On time quality delivery for assigned activities as per defined SLA
Participate in automation delivery performance reviews with relevant internal stakeholders & business teams
Receive KT for new RPA & OCR automation production sprints and provide feedback on design & support documents as per structured handover to support process & it’s SLAs
Communicating with AA on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the Automation Anywhere community.
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Follow Incident, Change and Problem Management process
Participate in problem analysis and identify potential impact and resolve
Raise support tickets to OEM vendor and ensure resolution for any platform and automation related issues
Proven Experience in Customer escalation Management is essential

Automation Anywhere – IQBoT Application Platform related deliverables
Responsible for routine platform health checks and take necessary proactive actions if any issues are noticed and notify the required stakeholders to ensure platform availability targets are met as defined
Support platform upgrades and updates from time to time as may be planned (3-4 upgrades / updates in a year)
Perform initial triage and problem analysis for platform issues and provide recommendations
Perform routine support activities related to licensing, access, server house-keeping on the AA control Room / IQBot and Abbyy

Your skills and experience
