Creating marketing goals related to customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue2. Conducting market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts3. Specifying a company’s target audience based on market research4. Producing and editing content like social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics, presentation decks, and webinars5. Cultivating relationships with potential customers, such as prospects and leads to building the company’s clientele6. Monitoring social media traffic to measure the public’s perception of the company’s brand7. Testing the quality of emails, social media posts, and the company’s landing page8. Analyzing the results of campaigns and making changes to outlast competitors9. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner10. Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions11. Maintaining records of the conversations with the customer and analyzing the data12. Preparing emails to send out to customers13. Working on data entry and analysis14. Creating content for social media channels15.
