Responsibilities
Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
Maintains good business relationship and rapport with clients.
Handles incoming inquiries and conducts initial qualifying process to secure potential business.
Acquiring new business & following the complete sales cycle for new and existing customers.
Maintain updated departmental filing and tracing system for admin and expense related documents
Provides clerical support to Director of Global Sales, Account directors and Business Development Managers
Prepares accurate and timely reports to all internal departments
Experience
Ideally (1-2 Years) experience in hospitality sales
Must be fluent in English and Hindi
