Department Overview
Wholesale Customer Experience Analytics, which includes the Wholesale Customer Experience Management program and data teams, Treasury Management (TM) Delivery and CB reporting and business intelligence, Transactional Risk Intelligence Reporting, and Data Delivery, Infrastructure and TM Risk and Compliance data support , performs the data and analytic functions for TMPS and broader CB businesses.
WCEA also drives analytics for TRIG Business which support Financial Crimes, Transaction analysis on many money movement products, Portfolio reviews and managing relationships for Correspondent Banking {Financial Institution to Financial Institution)
About the Role:
The role sits with CB Data & Analytics Team in India that supports WCEA and TRIG on various data and analytic functions for TMPS and CB business. The role will have following key vertical of Analytics
Drive Analytics to manage Financial Control on Payments, Detailed Transaction level analysis on Wires, ACH, Cash Vault, portfolio reviews and managing deep dives on Correspondent banking Transactions and relationships. The area will require designing innovative solutions on Transaction monitoring, automation of delivery of insights and create self-serve tools for management. More specifically deep dives intoProduct Risk

Typography Reports
Emerging Risk
Customer Based Summaries – Financial Institutions Group (FIG) – for Periodic Review
Specialty Reports – Complex customers or special situations (i.e., Afghanistan exit)
Industry Risk
Build and support data and analytics on WCEM programs Production support issues: Produce incident service files. WCEM Communication data: Write SQL code and run; QA output; adjust DDR and code if feedback requires it and rerun/QA; Perform Overlap analysis if needed Banker comm. data processing
Reporting & BI on several areas in WCEA:
Including, modifying existing reports, developing new reports, manual refreshes for some monthly/quarterly reports
Building several self-serve tool on CEO products, usage and entitlements

Essential skills qualifications:
This role will be responsible for partnering across the WCEA and TRIG teams to understand work flow, priorities on immediate vs long terms solution needs, develop suite of design and algorithms to deliver deep data insights into simplistic work flows. This role is strategic is nature and will require significant experience in data and analytics- more preferably in TMPS product & services, deep Transaction mining on TMPS products especially money movement on DDA accounts etc.
Responsibilities:
Commercial Banking experience { TMPS is a plus }
Understanding Financial products, systems, and platforms
Applications: MS Office (Access, Excel, Word), SharePoint
Languages: T-SQL, PL/SQL, SAS, R/Python
BI Tools: Oracle BI, SSRS, Tableau
OS: MS Windows
Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, Accounting, engineering, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
6+ years of experience in following: Treasury Management and Payment Products like Wires, ACH, Cash vault or at least experience in commercial banking
6+ years of experience developing T- SQL, Tableau, SAS, R/Python (optional)
6+ years of experience in an environment that utilizes large relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, & Teradata
Partner Management experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
End to end Project management from discovery of core business problems, translation into analytic projects and delivery
Perform various complex activities related to solution design on data solutions. Provide analytical support for evaluating, implementing, monitoring and executing WCEA & TRIG solutions
Use analytic tools and advanced coding languages on Teradata SQL, UNIX automations, SAS etc. to mine insights deep hidden in data
Build, if required, Tableau reports on WCEA Reporting teams and manage the delivery of production processes on several WCEM programs
Identify opportunities and deliver process improvements, standardization, rationalization and automations. Enhance and standardize performance analysis, reporting packages and business processes
