Job Description : NVIDIA Cloud Engineering & Services – NLS team is looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in AWS Cloud Operations who can help build a new cloud based product and services from ground-up as part of its offering to delight the customers with both Cloud and On-Premise solutions. NVIDIA is pioneering on a variety of fronts, including artificial intelligence, deep learning, robotics, autonomous vehicles, computing and, of course, bringing GPU to cloud. It is a very exciting time to be at NVIDIA!
What you’ll be doing:
You will be solving a real world problem of Implementing, Designing and helping develop a new Enterprise class Product from ground-up.
Responsible for Cloud Services operations and monitoring enhancing the services – scalability, availability and throughput
Deliver rapid iterations of software based on user feedback and metrics
Collaborate with your peers to design, develop, test, and maintain our public web service in a globally distributed team with excellent communication skills
Help the team make key decisions on our product and technology direction
You actively contribute to the adoption of frameworks, standards, and new technologies
What we need to see:
A problem solver with a demonstrable track record and strong experience in Cloud Operations, Metrics and Diagnostics tools, Cloud Security, Scalability and SRE tools and enabling highly scalable RESTful APIs and products in an agile environment
An expert in designing Amazon Web Services, “serverless” and microservice architectures and Lambdas in Python/Java or related technologies with good exposure to Restful services
Experienced in Relational and No-SQL databases and scalable design
Passion for “automating all the things” with regards to testing, continuous integration/delivery, and operations and DevOps. Experience in Jenkins, Terra form is an added advantage.
Curiosity and eagerness to explore new problem spaces and technologies
You have a BTech with minimum 8+ years or MTech in Computer Science with 5+ years relevant work respectively
