Job Description : Job DescriptionDesigner must have minimum 5-7 years experience with a firm, especially in residential interiors design, drawings, detailing and execution.Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Vray is a must.ResponsibilitiesTake the project from Concept to CompletionCreate and present interior design concepts in response to client needsPreparing BOQCreate estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects.Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.Undertake design project from concept to completionDefine project requirements and schedule during the initial phaseInterpret and translate client needs into rough plansDesign, Create 2D working drawings, select materialsManage procurement, contractors, vendors and internal teamCheck drawings and quality of workResearch and decide on materials and products sourcingProduce sample and “mood boards”Supervise work progress for multiple projects simultaneouslyTake ownership of multiple projectsWork closely with designers, decorators, architects and contractorsResearch and follow industry changes, evolution and best practicesPrepare documentationCriteria:People only from Pune can apply and are eligible.Should possess good communication skillsAn eye for detailsShould be well versed with Photoshop Sketch up, PowerPoint and 3d renderingPresentable and self motivatorLeadership QualitiesTeam Handling and hands on co-ordination skillsKnowledge of ongoing trends and new productsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
