Job Description : KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the cross-functional/cross location deployment Plans and checklists
Understand and establish the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, feature toggling, gradual exposure, branch handling, etc.
Understand and schedule the availability of resources and environments for testing.
Implement and manage release processes for code through development, test, and production environments.
Design and setup release / deployment cycles that is able to support multiple parallel development squads working on the same digital platform
Establish release management processes that will help understand impacts of branches and code merges
Lead to deliver critical fixes within hours
Forward plan the release windows and cycles across a platform portfolio
Identify risks, define risk mitigation plan and resolves issues through cross functions team that affect release scope, schedule and quality
Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
Reconfigure existing systems, integrations, and processes, where needed, in order to achieve the release improvements to the process/outputs expectations.
Introduce new process/solutions/resources where needed, in order to achieve their objectives.
Coordinate release content and efforts based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates
Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews with defined project/program stakeholders
Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans
Provide Weekly Release Reporting to respective stakeholder groups
Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
Communicate, negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
Develop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms
Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists across digital platform portfolios
Research new software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies and analyses their application to current configuration management needs

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
At least 2-6 years of Product Go-Live release management and/or project management experience for regional scale product launches
At least 8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment, fully understand systems analysis or development
Proven experience in product release management that supporting agile delivery methods
Proven experience in releasing native app development in multi countries.
Experience with workaround on-premise systems is desirable.
Technical expertise in Linux, Docker, AWS, Infrastructure-as-a-code, CI/CD pipeline
Formal project management certified is preferred
Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Demonstrate effective leadership and analytical skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skill is a must
General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel, working Knowledge of Access
