Backed by our own awesome tech, custom CMS, and integrated MCRM we design and produce websites, micro-sites, apps, software, and anything digital to support our clients in their growth.We’re now seeking experienced Senior Mobile + Front End Developers to join our team during this exciting scale-up phase, assisting us in leveraging our awesome tech to support clients through their digital transformations.What we’re up toWe’re looking for developers who are motivated, interested in personal growth, and want to push boundaries; we have many builds on the go at any given time, but we have one particular project that is a unicorn opportunity for the right people.We have a new start-up as a subset of our business; this will be backed by our full development team, and we need a gun app + front-end developer to build out the UI, working closely with our design + development teams.This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a new global platform in addition to bolstering our app-dev team working on our existing (and growing) product suite.About the RoleIn this role, you will be leveraging your extensive expertise in:Developing our core mobile applications;Participating in all aspects of the design and development process; andContributing to developing knowledge in mobile technologies and best practices in secure software and app development.Key experience we need: Degree/qualification in IT or related field and 6-8 years or more digital experience in a development environmentStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming, applying SOLID principles and design patternsAt least 3 years React Native based mobile app development experiencePreference for having Native mobile app development experience for both iOS + AndroidStrong knowledge and practical experience building mobile application using Typescript, React Redux, Redux Saga, Jest, ESLintExperience working with web services/REST, web architecturesExperience with source control management tool, such as GIT, Stash, TFSExcellent knowledge of system development lifecycle methodologies including AgileKeen eye for design and ability to build pixel perfect UI’s from (eg) FigmaExperience working with UX / UI designers + software developers (.NET C# preferable)Sound knowledge of HTML + SASS/SCSS/CSS, ReactJS website development (desirable)As a member of Bond, you’ll join a family-friendly team that values flexibility, ensuring their staff have a healthy work-life balance.
