Job Description : Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to create world-class payment products that our members will use every day through the Finder App – starting with a debit card connected to the Finder Wallet.
Ideally, you are someone with a passion for the space, with previous experience in consumer fintech and the ability to bridge the worlds of traditional banking, card payments and crypto.
The expectations for success in this role are very high. We’re looking for someone who can change the course of the company through their impact on our members and product suite. This responsibility will also come with great rewards, experience, coaching, mentoring and internal support to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
Delivery of a debit card that works in delightful connectivity with the crypto and wallet features of the Finder App.
Create and maintain the Product Vision, the team’s roadmap, with strategic priorities in mind.
Understanding of the customer – user Interviews, surveys, analytics.
Subject matter and domain expertise on finder product and engineering principles and execution
Work with Engineering Leaders to drive alignment in our strategic goals.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle of a payment product – including ideas, mockups, testing, delivery and ongoing tracking
A passion for anything crypto – DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3
The drive to work in an ever-evolving market – the future of money
Strong wireframing techniques, preferably with a simple tool
Designing split tests that prove your ideas, implementing the results live to the website
An understanding of how UX and UI fit into the product development lifecycle
Experience working with developers, both internal and external to deliver results
Ability to work either autonomously or with other members of the team to deliver outcomes
Demonstrable expertise in defining and achieving commercial growth targets.
Market analytics, marketing tactics and web analytics tools
