What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer who understands the product development and management process, has worked with tech teams in a fast-paced environment and who will be able to oversee several product initiatives at one time. This role will be critical in designing communications in the product itself, as well as for product launches / upgrade communications to existing customers. It will also develop GTM strategies and campaigns for new product launches to drive brand awareness and acquisition. This marketer understands all channels of communications and can work with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
Sitting in the Product and Marketing Team, this role will partner closely with the Chief Product Officer and Marketing Coordinator to own all product development in the business and ensure communications flow between all teams.
Responsibilities:
Plan, brief, develop and track cross channel communication campaigns for;
Existing customers and users (financial professionals and their clients)
New customers (multi segments & industries)
Work with Product and Marketing team members to develop communications strategies, events, PR and partnership opportunities
Develop product benefits and propositions by audience for use by Sales and Account Management Teams
Work with product designers to apply our brand during product creation (copy/UI)
Understand our customer/user journeys and map product development against them
You will need
Expert communicator across all levels of the business
Proficient project manager who can juggle multiple initiatives
Ability to transfer ‘tech speak’ into language understood by internal customer facing teams, our customers and our users
Proven track record taking new products to market and driving acquisition
Proven track record delivering product communications to existing customers & users via email & lifecycle management programs
Cross channel marketer who understands role of channel and communications planning
Ability to track campaigns and optimise for success
A hands-on, collaborative team player that is excited by the opportunity to build a business
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Finance and/or SaaS experience highly beneficial
