What you will be doing

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will
Design and develop new features using Agile development process (Scrum)Pay special attention to the Quality in all stages of developmentEnsure a high degree of reliability, availability, performance and scalabilityMaintain existing code and troubleshoot issues in large scale complex environmentsCollaborate with other teams in the organizationDrive innovations by staying on top of the emerging technologies and trendsPlay a key role in evolving the product architectureProvide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members

What you need to have to be successful

Essential
B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experienceStrong expertise and working experience in Java programmingExperience in SQL programmingSolid “systems” fundamentals related to performance and scalabilityDemonstrated ability to lead a small team of engineers in the design, implementation and delivery of substantial software componentsGood track record of applying engineering best-practicesAbility to understand customer requirements and then engineer the product accordinglyFamiliarity with LinuxGood teamwork and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in Spring/Spring Cloud frameworkExperience in developing apps for Mobile devicesKnowledge of security standards
